- Content changes and additions (including adding or removing products or services you offer)
- Tweaking your site for improved search engine positioning
- A design makeover for a fresh new look
- Updates to event listings or your calendar schedule
- Adding new photos or graphics
- Copy writing and content editing
- Checking your website's search engine positioning with the most important search engines and directories (currently Google, Yahoo, Bing).
- Checking web stats (number of visitors, keywords they used to find you, your bounce rate and more). I love using Google Analytics for this. Web stats are a great benchmark for optimizing and improving your site content.
- Maintain your Pay Per Click campaigns (if any).
- As you research possible linking strategies, I can assess the link partner you're considering for a link exchange (not all link exchanges are good ones).

- Maintain your monthly newsletter and customer database, follow up with your customers and provide general marketing and office assistance.
Important To Know
- I always save a copy of your current web site and test the changes before going live. Even after you approve the changes and we go live with updates you'll still have a copy of the original pages before I worked on them.
- I provide a detailed invoice at the end of any pay as you go project or at the end of each month. Net is due within 7 days of receiving invoice.
- I'm readily available by email or phone if you have questions or concerns.
- As a small business owner, I understand the value of a dollar and I know the importance of getting the best for your hard-earned money. You will get 110% from me no matter how small the update.
So how much do I charge for my web maintenance services?
My fee is $50/hour
I can get a lot done in an hour; I also can bill in quarter hour increments so
if you don't have a full hour's worth of work for me to do, no worries!
