As your web designer, I will...
Provide a clean, nicely designed website using current web design standards based on Google's Web Master Guidelines that is pleasing to the eye and optimized for the search engines. I use the software program called Dreamweaver to design all my sites. Why is that important? Includes: Up to 2 initial design drafts to choose from based on your suggestions, ideas and requirements, with 2 rounds of revisions of your selected design.
Create the following pages: Home (index page) – This page is your first impression page. It must strongly present the benefits of your products or service – your sales message if you will; Contact page - including a submission form to request more info or to be added to your mailing list for your newsletter if you have one; Up to 3 additional pages of your choice (such as your bio page, testimonials, resources, service or product description page…)
Create an XML site map which I’ll submit to Google, Bing and Yahoo so they'll find the important pages on your website and list them in their directories.
Provide assistance in signing up for web hosting and creating your hosting e-mail account.
Provide a copy of all files used to create the website. You own the website once it is complete.

In-Person Meeting Fee: I charge an additional $50.00 to cover my travel time and expenses if you’d like to meet with me in person. Travel radius must be within 45 miles of Richmond, CA.
Expiration Date: All content and design items must be finalized by client and the site must go live within 3 months from the date of our signed agreement.
Terms: A deposit of $100.00 is due along with the agreement. Balance due when project is completed to your satisfaction or on the expiration date of the agreement, whichever comes first.
